The apartment was great, clean, beds were comfortable, well appointed. The staff was helpful and let us check in early since the apartment was clean. By bad luck there was construction in front of the building and they were noisy and started to work very early. O there than that the area is quiet but near all the main attractions downtown Madrid.

The property was clean and service was good but I had a family emergency and had to leave the property two days early and they would not issue a refund. I was told by management that they would contact expedia because that is who had the change conditions. The next night I booked a room at a La Quinta in Euliss, TX and the local phone number was not on the confirmation email which made it very difficult to contact the property for a shuttle. I will never use Expedia again for these reasons.
