The location was fantastic! Very close to many landmarks and to shopping. I felt safe as the area is lively and the building is secure. The check in process is a little cumbersome as you have to go to another location to collect your keys. The buildings staircase was all covered in paper as the wood was worn out. The door to the apartments as well as the door to the unit had holes. The washer and kitchen were perfect. The shower is extremely small and the soup smelled awful. The bed sheets in one of the rooms were dirty. The air conditioners were very good and a relief in the summer heat. Overall it was ok for the price. The location is what saved the day. I would recommend the property but I would disclose the above mentioned.

Great Location and Apartment

This is a great little apartment with 2 large spacious bedrooms with air conditioning in each one. Both bedrooms have Juliet balconies. It's walking distance to all of the attractions. it's also 2 doors down from a great wine bar. There is no living room space per say but there is a common dining space and being so close to all the attractions you aren't in the apartment anyways . A high recommend.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
The apartment is in a great location, especially if you are young and stay up until the wee hours. However, if you are someone who wants to sleep at night, this is not your apartment. Also, when creating this apartment, it appears it was constructed - along with three others- out of one apartment that people may have lived in. It's cheap construction and the men in the next apartment sounded like they were in our apartment when they appeared to be having just a normal conversation. In other words, the walls were thin. There is a supermarket nearby, metro stops, the Gran Via and plenty of restaurants and bars.

Buen apartamento!
