El espacio
La reserva requiere la firma de un contrato de arrendamiento y el depósito de una fianza conforme a la normativa aplicable.

La vivienda se destina únicamente como solución temporal de alojamiento. El arrendatario declara expresamente que no constituye su residencia habitual ni permanente, por lo que no está permitido el empadronamiento en esta dirección.

El apartamento está ubicado en el centro. Ha sido recientemente renovado y restaurado. La decoración es limpia, moderna, fresca y relajante. La cocina abierta está totalmente equipada con lavadora, lavavajillas, refrigerador, placa de vitrocerámica , combinación de horno-microondas. La sala de estar y el comedor son amplios y luminosos, con suficiente espacio para sentarse todos. El apartamento tiene 2 habitaciones y 1 baño moderno completo con ducha y mampara. Las puertas y ventanas del balcón son nuevas, incluyen persianas metálicas eléctricas para ayudar con el ruido y la luz, unidades de aire acondicionado y calefacción en cada espacio.

Otros aspectos destacables
Favor cuidar las reglas de la casa y respetar el sueño de los vecinos. Cualquier tipo de fiestas están prohibida.
Está terminantemente prohibido fumar en la vivienda.

No se admiten mascotas, salvo acuerdo expreso con el arrendador.

Por respeto a la comunidad, se prohíben ruidos elevados entre las 22:00 y las 10:00 horas. Asimismo, no se permiten fiestas, eventos ni reuniones numerosas. If you love Madrid and its hustle and bustle, late night bars and great food - this apartment is for you!! It is so conveniently located to transportation all around the city and you can walk to all the great neighborhoods from this location. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive to any questions we had and check/checkout was easy.

The apartment and location were excellent! Easy to get around and the metro right outside was very convenient. Very safe neighborhood. It does get a little loud later in the evening but ear plugs helped!

Perfect Location and very nice place

We enjoyed our stay very much. Communication and access to the building was very well organized. Supermarket and metro right in front of the door.

highly recommend!!

a perfect stay for our first time in spain! spacious, clean, all amenities, comfy beds / pillows and a well stocked kitchen! close to all the things, metro and bus just steps away, and great food on every corner. owners were very gracious and responsive and we will definitely stay here again!

Central Madrid Apartment

Great 2 bedroom located in prime neighborhood within walking distance to Parado, Retiro, plaza Mayor. Perfect for 3-4 people. Located in busy square (Tirso La Molina) with tons of cafes, bars and restaurants all around.

Really nice experience!

Excellent location, and a very clean and nice apartment. The property manager waited for us and provided a nice welcome and explained every single detail of the property. Do not hesitate to rent this property in Madrid.

Perfect location

Nice flat, new and comfortable. Five minutes walking from Plaza Mayor or Puerta del Sol. In front of the Underground station, nearby supermarkets, cafè and restaurants. Perfect location to easily enjoy Madrid. I will suggest the place to my parents for their next holidays in Madrid.

Immaculate, nicely decorated, good location, comfortable. Noisy neighborhood but that's not the host's fault, and true in general of central Madrid. Adjacent square under reconstruction which adds to the noise, but it should be really nice when they are finished. Recommended.

Great location and super clean!

Hans was wonderful to work with! The Tirso de Molina metro station is literally outside the front door. We could also walk everywhere as most all of the major sites were within a mile. The apartment was so clean and we had enough supplies to get us going until we could get to a market. A wonderful place and we hope to visit again!!

Nice spot near metro

Nice apartment near the metro and two grocery stores. Short walk to Playa del Sol. As other folks have mentioned, the Spanish stay up pretty late so street noise is an issue. We played white noise to drown it out.

Stay in Madrid

We really liked this apartment. It was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It has everything you need for your stay. It’s located in the heart of downtown Madrid, steps away from several markets and restaurants. It’s walking distance from all the popular attractions. Since it’s in the downtown, busy area, it can get loud and noisy at night. But we discovered that’s the norm and just part of being in downtown Madrid.

We absolutely loved the apartment and our host Valentina was very helpful, accessible and sweet . Location was great only problem we had was the outside noise level . The good and the bad . Every effort has been made to sound proof as much as push me but at times it was still very hard to sleep .overall we had a great trip . Thank you

Well situated. Well appointed apartment.

We stay for 4 nights. Great location. Grocery stores next door. Everything you need. My only complaint was that the sheets did not fit the bed so I woke up every few hours sleeping on the bare mattress. Other reviews complained about the street noise and it was definitely very raucous both Friday and Saturday evening. But with earplugs I had no problem sleeping. Very clean and safe. I would recommend for a family.

Very close to the center but noisy area.

Small apartment, perfect size for us (2 small kids and a couple). Very close to the centre of the city, about 10 min walk to puerta del sol. Metro station (train) just across the building, which is convenient if planing to use the Metro. Area is very noisy, 24/7, earplugs did not help. Bathroom did not have any shampoo and kids bedroom blackout was broken. Informed host but couldn’t do anything about it.

Delightful

Hans and Valentina were wonderful hosts!!! The were so accommodating to us. Valentina explained everything about the property. The house was delightful. Locations was great. Neat trains and bus stops. Tons of restaurants, bars and shops in every direction. One piece of advise. If you like lots of QUITE when you are sleeping his may not be for you regarding location. We are from NY and live in New Orleans. We get busy and loud. It was super fun and cool!!!

Great Place

The unit was very clean, only one story up so we did not need to deal with the elevator. The location was fantastic. The subway was right across the street and on a line that went to most of the main sights. We were able to walk to the palace , cathedral, and the Prado. There are 2 grocery stores on the same block. We had a clogged sink and they fixed it right away. Super easy to check in. I only have 2 small complaints. The street outside was loud at night, I needed to sleep in ear plugs. The couch is very uncomfortable.

I wanted to leave a 1 star rating because I wouldn't stay here again, but our stay was good except for the one major issue. The good: - Great location, less than 15 minutes to most major sites - Close to the blue metro line, but super helpful really - The host, Hans, is extremely responsive, one of the best hosts I've experienced - The beds and bed linens are surprisingly comfortable - Kitchen well stocked - Has a washing machine - So close to grocery stores and several cafes that are open early The Bad: - Limited hot water. This is the deal breaker for me. I enjoy a really hot shower but a quick one, I average 7 to 9 minutes with shampoo and conditioner. My family are all night showerers. After a long day of sightseeing, we value being able to wash the day off before going to bed. I traveled here with my 3 kids and after seeing the note about limited hot water, my first child was limited to a 5 min shower. The second took a stupidly short 45 second shower (boy, of course) and my third waited 30 minutes before getting in only to run out after a few minutes. In all, less than 10 minutes of water. Really disappointing but could he fixed with a tank less. - What can not be fixed is the tiny bathroom. The shower and toilet area felt claustrophobic and I'm 5’3”, 130lbs. - No dryer, but this is probably an incorrect expectation on my part so not a full mark in the Con side. - So much construction and noise (this will end eventually)
