The Room is Too small , the bed a little bit uncomfortable, the only thing was the view the balcony it’s amazing but I give them an 8 because the Staff is super friendly

La habitación no podía ser más pequeña e incómoda. La calefacción estuvo encendida SIN PARAR los 4 días. Llamé para solucionarlo pero quedé esperando, así como el wifi, que nunca funcionó. Las puertas de los baños (comunes) no están engrasadas y hacen un ruido increíble. Tuve un problema y es que me dejé el móvil dentro de la habitación y no podía entrar: el teléfono que se supone que es 24/7 tardaron más de una hora en responderme. Un desastre, no volvería ni regalado.

Una muy mala experiencia resulta que cuando llegamos a la habitación abro la puerta de la habitación 18 y se encontraba sin hacer sin sábanas cambiadas toallas sucias y nada recogido y además note que solo cambian las sábanas blancas la colcha no, es utilizan por todo quién se hospeda😔
