Very nice hotel. The staff were all really nice and ready to help. Clean rooms. Restaurant was really good especially our weiter Johann. Bar was well stocked with servers nice and knowledgeable. Would certainly go back.

Location is good. The property is clean. The river view rooms are nice, a bit small unless you get a balcony room. The small double bed was comfortable. No air conditioning. Breakfast room has wonderful river views. Breakfast was just OK. Like most things in Aguas Caliente it's over priced.
