"The room was very clean and large enough to accommodate the 3 of us. We had a very large balcony that was awesome. We asked for and received a fan since we were on the top floor (6th). I thought it was interesting that we had to empty our own trash. First time I have ever encountered that. The room had a very nice kitchen area. The extra bed could have been more comfortable, I think. They put two halves of a mattress on slats and so they tend to separate just enough to notice when you sleep on them. We wanted to be within walking distance of Oktoberfest grounds and this hotel was perfect for that. Minimal noise. We did not get the breakfast. All of the staff were very nice. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and staff friendly. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The hotel was located near the train station which was very convenient for the one night stay when we were catching a train the next day. There was a lot of construction around the area which made driving unpleasant. The breakfast room was packed when we went. The space was too small for the amount of people and the set up was not ideal, people needed to walk through the food area for half the seating. The staff could not clear tables and fill stock fast enough and there were not enough tables for seating clients. The tea selection was impressive and breakfast selections were plenty and tasted good."

"This is our second year traveling to Munich for Oktoberfest and staying at the Maritim. The staff at the front desk is very nice and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is consistently fresh, plentiful and they offer a nice variety of options. The piano bar is always relaxing and the staff is friendly. My only and single complaint about this hotel is the location. While it is centrally located and within walking distance to the city center, the train station is directly across from this hotel and you will see sketchy characters at all hours of the day and night."
