I had not stayed at this property in a few years, frankly I was stunned by condition of the property. The entryway was dingy, glass doors were dirty, the lobby was uninviting. The front desk is almost nonexistent, staff nice but seemed too rushed. I ate at the restaurant, the menu was limited, nothing special, which was disappointing since it used to be an upscale place. Overall I was disappointed and the price was way too high for the condition of the property.

Waited over an hour after checking time for room keys. They said they would reimburse parking fee. I was never informed there was a fee for parking. When I asked about parking We received three different answers front desk said 29 a night then the manager said 17 and then I re asked again she said 15. Which is it. Just a bad experience customer service wise, when you are told 4 o clock Check in we get there at 4 desk clerk checked us in took card for incidentals and then said it will be awhile rooms not ready , we’ll call you, Ian jour later I went back to desk and the room was ready but we received no call or text.

Front desk staff was not very friendly although pretended to be. Breakfast and happy hour were nice. Area is very quiet at night but still safe.
