Overall pretty good experience. It’s next to an arena and only a few minutes walk to the train station and a few minutes train ride to Luzern. The kitchen is small and only has basic supplies but it’s plenty for just three of us. For the price I think we will consider staying there again.

It was pretty confusing to figure out how to enter apartment. There is a lot of smoke that seems to get in apartment- people smoking outside and potentially in the building. Since there is no front desk it is not easy to get questions answered or get more towels or toilet paper.

Convenient location to bus stops and superior room conditions. Very easy check-in and check-out procedures. Additionally, they gave us a Lucerne city card for free local transportation and WiFi during our stay.
