Very courteous service and clean hotel, good location too. The only negative was that the bathroom had a frosted glass wall between the shower and the sleeping area, so when someone went in the bathroom at night and turned on the light, it lit up the entire room. You couldn't see much through the frosted glass, but just felt kind of odd showering with a glass wall between you and the room where other people are.

The rooms are incredibly small. I was not impressed with the staff. Parking was a hassle. Although not indicated during the booking process, you must reserve parking. They also did not indicate they needed the card for the parking garage returned when we checked out and we had to drive back 45 minutes to return the card. I would not recommend this hotel.

The parking spot was super convenient but you have to pay Easy walk to the chapel bridge and Altstadt Included beer in the room we got! Also nice glass water bottle and water refill station in the lobby was really nice Fun little touches in the room and nice design

The property was nice and the staff was wonderful. Nice restaurant on property. Convenient to train station and historic sites. However, the small rooms were not configured for luggage and the temperature is automatically controlled by the outdoor temp, making it very warm in the room on a cooler day.

We had a lovely one-night stay at Cascada Hotel. Our room was lovely and big, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. There was a great coffee shop (Two Hands) right around the corner. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were lots of fun touches in the room like a marble drop. It was a quick walk from the train station, but a little ways removed from the old town - nice and quiet, and a lovely neighbourhood, with a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre.

The property was nice and the room was good. Our only complaint would be the A/C. There was one in the room but it didn’t cool the room enough for us. We opened the windows and it was fine. Very close to old town and there was parking (for $) on the premises.
