Two full baths allow your whole crew to get ready without waiting in line for the shower. High-speed Internet and cable TV provide lots of entertainment while you're in the house. Driving up, I had concerns. Walking in, they disappeared. The townhouse was very nice. Furnishings were nice and comfortable. It was clean. They had several books for reading, games and stuff for entertaining kids. We were five minutes from many restaurants and shopping. We could reach basically anywhere in Waco in less than 20 minutes. This property was clean & in close proximity to Texas Tech . We were welcomed with a care package and thank you card. They even had water bottles in the fridge for us! Our only complaint is that the coffee pot had old coffee in the carafe with floating fuzzy mold & the coffee filter & grounds were also moldy but luckily there was a Starbucks nearby.

Great Place and Host!

Tracy was an amazing host and set the bar very high as my first VRBO experience! He communicated multiple times prior to our check in date, sent weather updates, and provided detailed instructions on what to do upon check in. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and you have all the same comforts of home. I will book this property again in the future if it’s available when I’m back in town!

Great Football Weekend Stay

Location is close to Milwaukee Rd with lots of entertainment, dining, and shopping options. Was in town for Tech football game and location is close enough to campus making drive convenient.
