Liked very Close to Texas Tech college. Room was ok, need repaint walls & chairs, lamps & bed cover needs to be replaced. Overall needs deep cleaning.

A full review on Trip Advisor will be done later. They were under construction and when assigned a room the desk clerk said they were done in that part of the building and they WERE NOT. The halls were cluttered and messy until the day I checked out. Not a good experience.

The property and hotel were quite nice. We were told our room was non smoking and did not allow pets. However, walking down the hall to our room, and join entering our room, there was a definite smoke smell. That was dissapointing.

Reasonably priced and convenient to campus is the nicest thing I can say. The hotel smelled dirty and the floors in our room were sticky. When I called to report that the maids had not cleaned our room, given us clean towels or even taken out the trash we were initially told that the maids had reported they serviced our room and it was too late to do anything about it. When I walked down to the front desk to complain, they eventually found someone to get me some towels and help us empty the trash. We were told they were sorry and would talk to the new owners about the poor service and a discount for the lack of maid service and 2 days with sticky floors but then we were charged full price.

Great for the price

Clean room, comfortable beds, nice and cold in our room when we checked in, Bar was nice, our kids loved the pool. Breakfast was a little lacking but overall still good.
