It has definitely been an experience I've never had before. Right off the bat, it looks fine but taking a closer look a few minutes after trying to settle in from a 5 hour drive arriving at almost midnight super tired.. we quickly noticed the sheets were dirty along with half our towels, the fridge is something we anticipated using and we did not feel comfortable doing so given its condition. The shower appears dirty and very worn out. There's a beeping noise in the room every couple minutes that we can't turn off and kept us up at night. The random splatters on the doors and walls and blood on the side of the toilet did not give us good vibes. The cleanliness was definitely a concern to me. We only needed a room to sleep in as we were in town for the LTL festival and got a very good price since we booked awhile back, we decided to stick it out. Getting help from staff was very difficult and required many reminders and then they’d get or at least appear to be ignored. Literally at 10:55 staff was entering rooms and inspecting them for the required deposit back (checkout is at 11). Sketchy area but good distance for where we were traveling at. Pictures were sent to Travelocity/expedia and have been shared on Google reviews… by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. With the prices other hotels were going at around and limited capacity with all the events going on around the area… we had no choice but to stick it out.

I actually had cancelled this reservation bc I made a reservation at a cheaper Motel 6 however at 3:30 pm, this hotel charged my card, leaving me short of money, so I drove from Clarksville,IN to Louisville to stay there since I had cancelled the reservation but charged anyway. The tub broke and water continued to run. The lobby offered coffee at all for breakfast and our room smelled like someone peed in the corner. For $180 I was not happy with the stay at all. I did like Leonardo tho, the desk clerk was great!

I HAD TO PAY $100 DEPOSIT CASH ONLY!!! WHEN TIME TO CHECK OUT ((( THEY NEVER INSPECTED MY ROOM))) THEY COULD NOT FIND MY $100 ENVELOPE THEY PUT MY $100 IN IT TOOK THEM 45 MIN TO GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK ... THEY JUST KEPT LOOKING FOR MY $100 THEY CALLED IN THE LADY THAT TOOK IN MY $100... I MISLED MY APPOINTMENT PAD LOCK ON DOOR BROKEN VERY UN SAFE
