"It is fine for an under $100 night hotel in NOLA . Just dated and it shows in the bathroom and balcony. The room was clean. The common areas were attractive and the pool was nice. Parking was free and a cross the street in an unsecured fenced area and they do post security in the front of the lobby with a clear view of the parking area. The area wasn't upscale but did not seem too sketchy right behind a major hospital."

"Brian was great! He asked what milk we wanted for our coffee and had it ready for us. He put a blanket on the couch to protect it from our dog (who never went on the couch but I'm so glad he did it just in case!). He is very friendly and ready to answer any questions and offer help. The location is amazing! So close to shopping and great restaurants!"

"GOOD: The staff was great and the rooms were very clean. The place was quiet and restful. Good location. Not in a busy area and easy access to stores, grocery, and downtown New Orleans is only 15 minutes away BAD: The wifi was horrible and utterly useless. It kept dropping and when it was connected it was slow. The gym and laundry area was very dirty. Dead bugs, dirty laundry. It seemed like no one paid attention to that. Overall it was a good stay. I would stay again. But to get five stars, the BAD items need to be addressed."

"It was very clean, very quiet. Keep in mind that the pool is outdoor and has no shade at all so you will need towels for the chairs and sunblock. The continental breakfast was amazing. Our room was very clean and the housekeeping crew were awesome anytime we needed extra towels. 10/10 would stay again, and probably will."
