The staff are outstanding! The property and grounds are very well maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable. “Mini bar” consisted of 2 bottled waters which was not good. It was disappointing to hear you must make reservations for the restaurant early AM so after we checked in we could only do buffet. Buffet food was bland, wide variety but nothing tasted great. Restaurant food was better. Bar drinks tasted watered down, disappointing. Nice enough facility but would not want to stay an extended period of time. Pool was clean and nice! Kid friendly which was a plus. Really wish they would put ash trays on the beach, there were cigarettes everywhere and our toddler kept picking them up.

I ended up getting covid and it said that it was a full refund property I tried to call them and couldn't get a hold of them the day before my cancellation was due so I got a hold of Travelocity and they emailed them the day before which should have been more than enough time to cancel it but they did not respond.. I ended up not getting a full refund like They said.. I would not stay here ever and trying to get a hold of the staff for any type of problem is a major issue

La comida es muy mala no hay variedad si te quedas mas de 3 dias te aburres! Gracias a Monset y Victor de animacion son los mejores a francisco en el restaurante y monica en el bar de la piscina por su excelente atencion!! El resto de los empleados fueron un poco serios parecian enojados como q no quieren q vayas alla de vacaciones!

I actually liked that it was a smaller resort, would be perfect for a family with smaller children. The food (either the buffet or restaurant) was always good and the service matched. The rooms could use some updates and TLC.
