The staff at the property are amazing and make the experience excellent. We never had a negative experience with Dreams staff. The entertainment team is so fun, bartenders and wait staff are attentive, the back of the house staff are friendly and keep the resort running smoothly. The property itself is aging. Some cleanliness issues in the room and around the resort, but overall a pretty clean place considering how busy they were when we were there.

Our elevator was broken and we stayed on the 5th floor. We had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs all day for our entire stay. Not a very good way to relax on vacation.

Stayed on the 5th floor and the elevator was broken the entire time. Also our room service trays were left outside our door all day long despite having called 4 times for pick up as we had been instructed to do. Check-in was difficult because there was only on person at the front desk attending to a long line of guests. Check-out was very smooth.

This was the most AWFUL resort we have been to. It was nearly impossible to eat, in fact the first night I went to bed without dinner. There is no buffet option at dinner, room service takes over an hour, and the restaurants had 90 minute waits and once seated the food took over an hour. The cafe refused to make us sandwiches or crepes even though they were on the menu. The next day poolside ordering, if you could hunt down a server took 90 minutes. In general it seems the staff did whatever they wanted as there was no oversight. When my kids asked for drinks at times the servers would just ignore or refuse. There were never towels available poolside. The servers were very short staffed and rude. Multiple times we asked to speak to the manger and told he would reach out, but we never heard from anyone. Anytime we talked by the front desk there were others complaining of the same. People were yelling and extremely upset to give you a sense of how bad things were on the ground. As Dreams and Hyatt, your brand is being put through the mud at this resort.

The resort is clean and well maintained. The food was consistently very good, if not excellent. We ate all the major restaurants that offered good variety. The barefoot grill which is the daytime beach/poolside eatery does a great job as well. Shoutout to Aldo who is fantastic. The people and service are great. The dining staff are hard working and detailed oriented. At checkin, we had a room (perfectly fine) but was on the other end of the large resort from the rest of our group. Edwin was so accommodating in trying to find a suitable change. He showed us 3 different rooms, and worked with us to get a great room. It set the tone for the whole trip. The Activities staff were phenomenal. They made sure you knew what was going on around the resort. There were things like Spanish lessons, bracelet making, table tennis tournaments, beach volleyball, dance lessons, aquafit, and much more. They were so welcoming and inclusive of our kids to participate too. Special shoutout to Manuel (Manny) and Marcos who remembered their names through the week and were just great to us. Lastly, the Explorers' Club (Kids 3-12) is well run. The staff were great with the kids, lots of different activities, movie nights, air hockey, soccer, crafts, dancing. Kids had a great time and would spend anywhere from 1-3 hours a day there. We had a truly wonderful experience at Dreams Los Cabos and will look to go back!

This is a great place for a Family vacation. Lots of activities for the kids - Spanish lessons, arts, crafts, face painting, contests, movies on the beach, camp out night, games and so much more. Restaurants were top notch. I can't really say one negative thing other than we didn't want to come home.
