Welcome to our piece of LA paradise - relax in our charming guest space within our front yard/garden and experience a diverse, suburban LA neighborhood!

There are four free parking spaces available. Two inside the gate and two in the driveway.

The space
Enjoy your vacation here in this modern redesigned 3 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom home with contemporary finishes from floor to ceiling. This sprawling property is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, private bathrooms, spacious living areas and within short distance to the LAX, the Grove, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Downtown Los Angeles.

Minutes from shopping, museums and top dining like The Grove, LACMA, Culver City Main Street and République. Just 25 mins from LAX and central to Downtown LA, Santa Monica and Hollywood. Sports fans will enjoy nearby SoFi Stadium and LA Memorial Coliseum, especially with the 2026 FIFA World Cup and 2028 Olympics.

Our spacious living room is filled with natural light and provides a comfortable and airy atmosphere. Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, our large kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need for those nights when you want to stay in and cook. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.

After a fun day of adventure, make your way into our bedrooms which are equipped with luxury bedding and provide you with the relaxation you need. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has a full-sized bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living area that can be converted into a queen-sized bed for extra sleeping space.

The front yard is spacious and has luxury synthetic grass which is children friendly.

I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed up to 500 Mbps and 4 free parking spaces (2 inside the gate and 2 in the driveway) are all provided during your stay!

*Note: The living room, bedroom 1, and bedroom 3 have split wall unit air/heater with remote controls.

*Please note that parking inside the gate is suitable for small and medium-sized vehicles only. Guests with large SUVs or oversized vehicles are encouraged to park in the driveway instead.
Additional free street parking is also available, but please avoid parking on Mondays and Tuesdays during street cleaning to prevent receiving a parking ticket.

*Note: Failure to comply with garbage instructions will result in a $150 USD fee.

Great place with the right amenities including driveway and gated parking (very nice!). Was clean inside and everything was very comfortable. In a mid-city neighborhood (not beverly hills) so surroundings are as expected but no problems or issues whatsoever. Very responsive host. Will definitely book again when I'm back. Thanks!

We traveled with a group of 7 ranging in age from 13 to late 50's, and spent 3 days in LA visiting all the main attractions including a Dodgers game, Santa Monica, Malibu, Walk of Fame, UCLA campus etc. The house location was excellent and all the property amenities are as listed. The house was spacious enough for 7 though would be most ideal for 6 with 3 "couples" sharing queen beds. We used the living room pull out bed for the 7th person and it was fine. We traveled during a particular heat wave in LA and the house was very warm upon our arrival, but cooled down quickly once we turned on the A/Cs. One room does not have an A/C but we used the provided fan and left door open for air flow and it worked well. The host provided toiletries and towels/sheets for all 7 guests and even had coffee and a bag of ice for us in the freezer, so we had a good start into our morning (we arrived at midnight). Although the house is right by the highway, it is quiet. Parking is excellent and very secure (automated gate) and easily fit our minivan. The closest grocery market is in walking distance, but we felt a bit scared to walk through a skinny long tunnel under the highway to get there - so we drove 2 min to get there and had no issues as it has its own lot. The kitchen is very well appointed and we were able to share our meals on the large kitchen table fitting all 7 of us. The host was super responsive and we would highly recommend this place for a central and safe stay in LA.
