Pros: Again, I would say the staff first, and the hotel room second. Extremely accommodating and large. The food, and hold on to your wallet, is excellent!
Cons: In room coffee service could use improving...I do not drink coffee or tea, but would love instant hot chocolate.
This is a very nice, comfortable hotel, but I found the staff to be very accommodating, friendly and professional. Every employee is friendly and helpful, especially Emet, one of the shuttle drivers. This hotel is very accommodating. I stay with a service dog. There is a doggie park right outside my door which makes it extremely nice. I would highly recommend this location for any type of traveler for any reason! Lastly, but definitely not least, the gift store is convenient, well stocked for all wants and needs, and the owner is very friendly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my 2nd stay at the Ontario Hotel

Pros: my room and the fact they would pick me up and drive me back to the airport
Cons: I was very pleased, everything was fine
Location: I was at a Convention at the hotel, so I stayed pretty close
nice room, great comfortable bed, and housekeeping in my area of the 4th floor was very good. Walking distance to several good restaurants, Mexican food to Steak house, very close

Room not as advertised

Cons: Price, size, and not what we asked for!
The room was not much better than a motel. They advertised seating in the room but they didn't have a chair for my disabled mother to sit in. The bathroom was so small you hurt yourself turning around. We were very unhappy with the room especially for the price.

One night stay.

Pros: size of rooms and amenties in the room
Cons: Other than traffic noise on west side of hotel, nothing comes to mind
Location: Near Ontario Mills shopping Center ( Mall) , Theaters nearby, abundance of good resturants nearby. Ontario Airport very close to Hotel as is 10 fwy.
Hotel is a good overall hotel. Hotel is very close to Ontario Mills shopping center and lots of good resturants nearby. Rooms are large and very clean. Beds are very comfortable, Rooms have flat screen TV'S. Rooms on west side of hotel pickup traffic noise from busy street and nearby freeway. Request rooms at north end of hotel for quieter stay. Did not eat there so cannot rate the food. Good hotel for a short stay . Our room had a Bathtub/ shower combo, which we requested. Hotel had free parking

Easily accessible

Stayed here for one night. It's close to the freeway and can see the hotel as you exit. Staff is pleasant. Rented the king bed room, very spacious.

This looks good!

hmm. A 10 story coral pink hotel that required room keys in the elevator to access the higher floors. Felt really safe, thank you. Every staff member I encountered was gracious and very helpful. The food was delicious (I had a "killer" Mongolian Beef!), but I thought $13. was a little too high for the ho hum nothing really special breakfast buffet. And don't get me started on the $4.25 cup of coffee. As I was meeting with friends after an event we all attended, I was disappointed that the bar closed at an earlier hour than required by California law, mostly because it was Saturday, for pete's sake! I would stay there again, though - loved the pool and hot tub and the setting they were in. I'm a sucker for roses!

Great hotel for a wonderfully low price

I was looking for a low-cost hotel close to Riverside, but couldn't find anything in my price range that wasn't a dive, and anything else was too expensive. So, I looked in the Ontario area and found this hotel. Apparently, it's a former Hilton Hotel with the name stripped from it. The hotel was huge, beautiful, and really clean. My room even had a sliding glass door that let to a nice garden and pool. I only had two problems with the hotel. First, there is a surprise $50 hold placed on your card. I understand this is policy for most hotels, but they didn't tell me about this when I booked the room. It cleared in five days without a problem. My other problem--though it was probably only related to my room--was that the A/C unit was clicking all night and kept waking me up. It doesn't help that I'm a light sleeper. Other than those two issues, I had no problem with my stay. I would definitely stay again, whether it be for only one day or a week. Hopping on the freeway, it only took me 20 minutes to get to Riverside.

Dear Christina: Thank you for your recent stay at the Ontario Airport Hotel and Conference Center, and thank you for taking the time to post your comments and rate our hotel. It is a great training tool and we take them very seriously. I will certainly share your survey with our entire team, as we believe it very important for all associates to be able to see how our guests rate their stay with us. I was concerned to hear about your experience with the A/C in your guest room. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize, as that was not the way we typically take care of our guests. We have discussed this topic with the Chief Engineer and asked him to look into the issue. I know that does not change your experience but I hope that you can feel confident that we heard your concern and are definitely doing something about it. Thank you again for your feedback. Sincerely, Ian Asmundson Front Office Manager

This hotel likes to nickel and dime their "guests".

They charge $* for parking, $* for internet usage, $* for a bottle of water, I don't know how much for breakfast, not including taxes and other hotel fees. The room was nice, except for the low-flow toilet that required 5 or so flushes each time. The staff was courteous, but laughed when I enquired about why they charged fees for everything. My wife and I did not feel like "guests" we felt like a fee for their paychecks. I would NEVER stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Hotel - Don't stay anywhere else

One of the best Hilton's I have stay at in quite awhile - very friendly staff, room was comfortable. Wish they had flat screen tv's but they more then made up for it with great food in the restaurant. The pool was to die for, when wanting to relax Recommend this hotel to anyone.
