The air conditioning was not blowing cool air in first room I checked into. Moved to a second room and same thing. Staff offer a third room, and the a/c would not turn on at all. I left and went to another hotel. Staff was excellent and apologetic. I major renovation is needed and was told it will happen in 2026. I would give them a try again after the renovations.
