Confusing

I booked this place, to find out there was a permanent resident, i was moved to a different unit, i called VRBO, spent nearly 2 hrs. To find a solution, host was not available, then VRBO got a hold of him, he was apologetic about the situation, ended up staying there, had my wife and 3 teens with the doubt of our stay, beside my mother having a surgery, reason for booking was cause it wasreally close to my mother, after all the stress and conversation with Xavier(host) he was able to accommodate us for the length of our stay, kindly enough he(xavier) made it right after all, morelikely i will book with him again cause i know he's gonna make it right!

Great place! It was awesome to have my own little house and an off-street parking space so close to everywhere I needed to be. Nice kitchen, sophisticated lighting, fast wifi. This rental was everything I needed, and more!

Long weekend stay

This property is beautifully remodeled with a gourmet kitchen and luxurious shower. Some brand new appliances. We stayed here for a weekend event that was being held at USC, so the short drive was nice. The property is very dog friendly with potty patches in the front walk and in between units. Javier is very responsive and helped us during our stay. The kitchen could have a few more staples in the pantry. The neighborhood can get loud at times.
