The TV in the room would not work. Called the desk, they said someone would be up in 15 mins…no one showed. It was ok…we left and went to a party. When I came back later in the evening, no one answered the phone at front desk.

This was our second time staying at the Sakura Inn. When I was checking in, I told the lady at the front desk that we have a service dog. She made a face and acted like I did something wrong. Like I said, it was the second time I’ve stayed there with my service dog. The staff made us feel uncomfortable as they stared at us as we unloaded the car and went into the room. I will NEVER stay here again.

The sleeping area was nice but the shower had a lot of black mold lining the shower and underneath the hair conditioner. I’m allergic so my allergies were flared up and I couldn’t sleep.

The air conditioning was effective. The parking felt unsafe... people randomly knocking on room doors. First morning the front desk called at 5:30 AM to ask why I called them I did not call them. Front desk staff was horrendously rude.

Only three minor complaints: 1) There was no hair dryer in the unit, but staff took care of it quickly. 2) The edges around the bathtub needed cleaning with a mildew/mold cleaner. 3) We had a non-smoking room, but a smoking area was below our only exterior window. Overall, the staff was very friendly, the room was spacious, the shower was excellent, and the room was clean.

The lady in the front is nice and understanding. But the room was not as nice as it is stated or clean. It had a mild dewy smell. The bathroom and tub had mold everywhere. The elevator was broken and the lady in the front knew I had luggage’s but couldn’t offer a room on a lower floor. It is not clean as Expedia’s rating states. So if you do go here just know it’s not as clean or nice as it states.
