There was no proper oxygen circulation in the rooms, and I found it very hard to breathe. I had to request a humidifier, but unfortunately, it had a bad smell. I still kept it on because it was the only thing that helped me get through the night. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

The hotel property is nice, and its in a great location. The rooms themselves are basic and not up to the quality of the rest of the building. Also, it was very hard to get a hold of someone at the front desk during our stay.

Great hotel and room was good. However heated pool service which they claimed is not true. Also the location of the hotel is dirty. Their roadside sidewalks are unclean and just don’t feel comfortable until you get to newer development which was close atleast.

During our five-night stay at the hotel, our family of four had the pleasure of utilizing the gym, pool, and restaurant. While the gym was compact, it provided all the necessary equipment for a swift workout. The pool, though modest in size, was not an issue due to its lack of crowds. The restaurant offered an exceptional experience, with both delicious food and excellent service.

I had a very disappointing stay at Kimpton La Peer, especially considering the price point and brand reputation. I had a great experience at their Paris location but definitely not here. First, the pre check-in experience was underwhelming. When I arrived around 2:30pm or so, I was assisted by Emanuel, who pointed out that many other 11 groups of guests had already checked in through a priority rewards program. He said he’d notify me when my room was ready—but I never received any notification. I returned around the standard 4 PM check-in time and was finally given a room, but the tone of the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Things got worse from there. My room faced the courtyard, where the hotel was hosting a private event with loud music and cheering. I had just landed from a long flight and was hoping to rest around 5 PM, but the noise made it impossible to nap. Staff said the event would end by 10 PM, but the music continued well past that, closer to 11 PM. When I raised the issue, the front desk said the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t move me. There was zero accountability and no proactive solution offered. The soundproofing in the rooms is awful, especially for a hotel at this price point. This stay fell far short of expectations in both hospitality and comfort. I wouldn’t recommend staying here—especially not in a room near the courtyard or during weekends when events are likely.
