Overall I give 4.5/5. Staff was great with accommodations and got me an early check in as requested. Parking is a bit expensive (but probably on par for LA) and minor signs of wear and tear in the room but overall a good place to stay and very clean. Would stay again.

They charged me an unnecessary extra $400 to fix our doorknob that was broken when we arrived, and when I tried to speak to an employee about the matter they made me wait to speak to two different people that both told me they couldn’t help me. Then they said they’d have someone call me to resolve the issue, and I never got a call. I had to call them and was on hold for 45 minutes. Overall poor management and quality of my stay.
