Rooms weren’t available until 3hrs late. The family room was terrible with a door you have to prop open otherwise it locks. Poor quality, very run down rooms. The lobby is beautiful but beyond that there’s no value, poor service, uncomfortable dirty rooms with unusable baths due to holes in them. The car park is an extra cost and in a terrible state due to building work. Infact premier inn out do them on every level. Paid £330 for 1 night only decent aspect was breakfast but for £54 it should be. Luckily Expedia resolved this issue for me by claiming compensation on my behalf. Don’t waste your money!

The room and corridors seemed drab and dingy. The room was small but the blackout curtain worked well. The hotel's layout is bizarre. I ate once in the restaurant and waited about ten minutes to be seated, along with several others, as the hostess debated with the barman how to warm up some milk for a child. Checkin and checkout were good.

We arrived early for check in but as I had requested early check in before arriving due to an early flight into Heathrow we were given a room straight away. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed and it was quiet so we could get some much needed sleep.
