We had booked a twin room, but on arrival we got given a double, not ideal when sharing with your sister. During the night the fire alarms kept going off so we got very little sleep. The hotel is actually quite nice, but we would not return due to the reasons stated

It was advertised as soundproof rooms and was not. We had loud music in the room next door at 1am. Having said that, the personnel from reception dealt quickly with it. The hotel was not smoke-free. When we booked, we were not made aware of a choice of a smoke-free room.

Ok, but an unwanted night time interruption

Convenient for Our visit to Twickenham for the rugby. Have stayed here several times, all been excellent... However, our in room phone rang at 5am and it was a wake-up that we definitely did not request which disturbed our night. When i mentioned this at check out I got a shrug of the shoulders .... not a response i would have expected. Please train your reception staff in customer service.

Very convenient for Heathrow Airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking was quite expensive at £25 for the night. The carpets in the corridor and especially outside the elevators were definitely in need of replacing but other than that was fine for a night before a flight stay.

My reservation could not be found. The front desk did everything to get it sorted which I appreciated. But it was a big inconvenience. I requested 2 twin beds, I was given a double. Again, more waiting. No compensation offered for all the inconveniences. But I didn't ask. Though an offer would be good. As for it having a rating of 4 star, I don't think it is. The lobby is nice but the carpets heading out to the rooms, they are beaten. The breakfast is not too shabby.

Not great. Very slow check in. No extras offered for Expedia gold (supposed to be) Moved rooms due to loud air Same loud air in all rooms Room dirty, carpet and curtains very dusty. Someone else’s poo in the toilet Hair in the bath.. Bed old and sunk-in Noisy in the corridor No privacy at window due to being right against the car park. Good breakfast at least!
