Things were clean, but there were noticeable patches in the ceiling and the carpet had multiple stains and didn’t look vacuumed. But otherwise it was a decent room for a one night stay. Crish checked us in early and was very hospitable.

A great choice if you have an early flight or, like we did, arrive late and need a good night’s rest before travelling on. We stayed in a family room with our two kids of 5 and 11. Clean room, helpful and friendly staff, a nice breakfast. The local bus (423) takes you from Heathrow T5 and stops right outside the hotel. Recommend this as a Heathrow stopover hotel.

Premier Inn at LHR terminal 5 was very clean. It had a refrigerator and coffee in the room. Staff at the restaurant, coffee shop and bar were all friendly and helpful. We got to the airport via a bus. The stop was directly across the street and arrived every 20 min.
