Room was very small and in worn condition. It was difficult getting our bags through the door due to a jog in the wall causing a pinch point. Hardly any space to keep your suitcase and get around the bed.

Quick summary as of July 2025 : Main Elevator number two is out of service and the main hotel bar is being renovated too. On a good note they are building a Starbucks in the lobby and hopefully that will be available in near future (2026). Also, Paddy and Sophie at the front desk are wonderful and I always look forward to seeing them.

Lift was broken when we got in. We had to use the service lift but even when the lift was fixed the hotel only had one, the second was under “ reconstruction”. Very inconvenient. Location was great but this hotel was a solid 3.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is beautiful, clean, and you can walk to many tourist attractions from there. What I loved about it was the convenience to travel around London because there is an exit from the hotel directly into Victoria train station and the Underground. There are many food options in the area, and I felt safe in the area whether traveling by day or night. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.

We enjoyed the friendly staff. It was in a nice location, easy access to all transportation since it was attached to Victoria station that was a hub for trains, buses and the tube. We would definitely recommend and stay there again in the future.

The property was beautifully decorated from as soon as you enter. The rooms are well kept, clean, comfortable and large and very nicely designed. The staff were so lovely and made our stay even more pleasant with adding little personal touches to our room for our celebration. Breakfast was also good and had lots of options.

We chose the Clermont for its close proximity to the Victoria Coach Station for our connection for our bus tours, as well as it's exceptional rooms, breakfast and The Soak restaurant which you can access directly from the lobby. An amazing stay!

If you get a room on the 3rd floor, there are many stairs required to access rooms in the other part of the building. Not explained prior to check-in. They did bring our bags to and from the room, but managing the stairs at the end of a long day walking around London was challenging.
