Our room was fabulous. Large bathroom with clawfoot tub and natural light was a nice surprise. Our room was cosy and comfortable. Staff very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the beautiful decor. Lobby is impressive. Lots of options for dining and shopping close by. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely hotel in the heart of London. Very handy to have the Hop on/Hop off buses right outside the main doors. We loved our stay.

Pretty good overall some noisy early mornings and nights, thnk I had housekeeping on the floor above me. Also apart from when I checked in, I didn't receive face washers when they cleaned the room had to call for them, same with the biscuits. Only small things but shouldn't have to ask

The room was very comfortable and clean. The room was much smaller than expected for the room category we paid for and the bathroom was tiny. With that said I would return as the staff was lovely and the breakfast was very nice and convenient. Also had a private door to Victoria station that made it very easy to get out the door in the AM.

Excellent hotel. Staff pleasant and helpful. A mini-fridge with complimentary beverages, snacks and a Nespresso machine. Close to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station (easy transport to/from Airport). Several of the lifts are being upgraded, so sometimes a bit of a wait.

We stayed at the Clermont for just two nights at the end of a 2.5-week European trip. It was a quiet, comfortable place and the staff was pleasant. Our room was a little small, but totally manageable and there was plenty of space in the bathroom for all of our stuff. Lots of restaurants in the area, cute shops, Victoria Station, and tons of cabs and Ubers, so it was easy to get where we needed to be. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would gladly stay over a longer period next time.

Great hotel except for a couple of things: 1. for price paid expected a better view than an obstructed view of the back of other buildings. 2. the bathroom was absurdly tiny. Like Chris Farley scene in the airplane bathroom small.

Nice hotel, clean and convenient. Concerns: Room was not ready by check-in time. We had a safety concern one night where we were followed by two men not staying in the hotel. I called to report it to the staff and they said they would send a security check but I never received additional updates. The rest of our stay we had no issues.

I really enjoyed staying at The Clermont Victoria, London. The staff were very helpful, and it's beside a major transport hub and iconic landmarks of London. The Soak restaurant and bar were fabulous. On my last day, the hotel fire alarm sounded in the evening. While each room has a fire evacuation plan, there was no hotel broadcast advising whether to evacuate, or hold positions. On calling reception I was told it wasn't necessary to evacuate, however, that was not the case on my floor as people were leaving. No door-to-door checks either. I raised this with the hotel security the next morning. They advised they would raise it at the debrief. I would definitely there again. Thanks Clermont Victoria London Team.❤️

A nice hotel from the outside and it’s reception and main areas are nice quality but the rooms are nothing special for the money tbh and are quite basic compared to other hotels in the same area, the fire alarm went off which happens but the staff were nowhere to be seen the entire time other then at the main hotel entrance so all guests headed downstairs unsure and just stood around until the fire brigade turned up and said we could head back to rooms. Not one word said from any staff or management. A little surprising.
