Baymont by Wyndham White Plains - Elmsford
"The location and property were wonderful. The majority of the staff were friendly and polite, but the staff behind the check in desk could really use some classes on customer service and professionalism in the hospitality sector. Over my stay I had the opportunity to speak and overhear a total of four front desk employees. Not a single smile, no welcome or good afternoon…just basically gave off the impression that they hated their job and didn’t want to be there. The staff who prepared the food for breakfast were 100% more friendly and polite. Hope the right person from corporate sees this."
