"Jaiden in reception was excellent !! Very helpful when our TV was broken and got us a new one and go it tuned in. "We booked 2 double rooms 28th August for 2 nights. 1 room was fair, but someone had kicked hole in wall and previous guests dirty towels left in room. 2nd room had a terrible view tv didn't work and no remote. I would not recommend this hotel. There is no licensed bar either."

The Royal Victoria Hotel
"A one night stay to allow my son and I to stay over after climbing Snowdon. Perfectly located, a premium was paid because of this. A simple twin bedded room in the coach house, ideal for our needs. A bath was appreciated, bubble bath would have been a nice touch. Excellent staff, very helpful and polite. This was consistent throughout the hotel, especially the young man serving in the bar in the evening and also a waitress at breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was self service and substantial. Highly recommended. An all round excellent stay, £166, breakfast included and free parking."
