Really nice breakfast with friendly staff. Executive room had an amazing view but annoyingly the 3rd doesn’t have a lift which isn’t great with a baby. Layout of the hotel is quite confusing

Room not the best we've stayed in, no shelf in bathroom for our toiletries, towel rail fell off, wardrobe door wouldn't close. "The hotel was clean, the room was modern and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. However, we were unable to use the pool because the pump had broken that day. Given that the pool was the reason why we chose that hotel this was disappointing. That said, when I raised the issue with management, they were polite and offered a reasonable partial refund, so very positive. My main area of complaint however, is that check in was not until 4pm and check out was at 11am. Why should it take 5 hours to clean a room? This wasn't mentioned prior to booking, neither was an additional charge for use of the car park. Cost for 3 rooms for one night was in excess of £500. I would have expected the car parking to be free. "
