"Good value for money room, staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. Room did look a little tired with a window that wouldn't stay open and sealant etc. needing a tidy up in the bathroom but apart from that I was really happy with the stay and value."

"Arrived to see a board offering a book in deal for a 3 course meal to be told restaurant was closed and we could go to another hotel in Southport for the meal….ridiculous..there was a coffee lounge on the ground floor closed also until a coach party came in during our stay and miraculously the restaurant ..."
