Great hotel - my suite was a bit difficult to find and the staff were very wedded to the script they used on the front desk. But these are quibbles - I had a good stay and if you are catching a show at the Phil this is a great place to stay.

Gorgeous hotel. Updated room with wood flooring, modern bath and separate rain shower shower. Extras included wash clothes, hair shampoo and conditioner as well as hand wash and hand lotion. Kept waiting at post midnight check in whilst night manager conversed on the phone (he should have ended the call, or put on hold). No key found for room & was not given one during my stay. Room was freezing cold with heating noisy and inefficient. Breakfast overpriced with no continental option for those of us not able to eat a cooked breakfast. No recognition of issues on check out.

We were there for a wedding and had 3 room booked which we could not access early. But we used the spa to shower and change. The disappointment came after I had my cosmetics stolen from the spa. We dressed and rushed to the wedding. Next morning I went to the spa to find out that my bag of cosmetics were not there, not handed in. So disappointed if spa staff did not find and keep and appalled at the quality of customers using the spa if they stole it. Sadly it was expensive make up and moisturiser. I would have expected more from a supposedly quality hotel
