Nightmare stay

The rooms and building are nice. Then the problems started- found som other guests shirt sticking out under bed, toilets wouldn’t flush, cleaning man attempted to enter room twice while we had do not disturb sign. Then, we were stuck in the elevator for about an hour - we had to demand they call the fire department- they eventually did .. no management present, customer service horrendous . It is a really nice building and location though and food was amazing at restaurant

Best Hotel Breakfast I have ever had! Right next to the train station and free rides to the airport. Very friendly staff and all around wonderful experience. Rooms are comfortable too.

Hotel was clean, nice and spacious. Staff was friendly and gave me a wake up call/call down to the shuttle They provide a free shuttle, make sure you're on time or else it costs extra. A note For new travelers at Brussels Airport, the check in counter does not open until 2 hours before the flight, and you will not even know which counter it is, until posted on a bulletin board. No need to go there extra early like I did, to sit around really early in the morning with limited food options. You will then have to get in line for security and *rush* to your gate. Eat before if you can.
