"Lovely hotel for a decent price. Very comfortable beds! Staff were super helpful in advising on taxis to and from hampden for a concert. Only thing was we were in a disabled access room and the wet room plug was blocked which meant the water just spread across the floor. We then went to breakfast and came back but we couldn't access our room as the key card had timed out (despite being early for check out.) After 3 attempts up and down to reception we finally got a key that worked. The receptionists were lovely and helpful. Can't fault them. Breakfast lovely too but on the pricey side! Will be back!"
