Whilst we did not use the spa facilities, they looked very welcoming as did the entire Hotel which is well situated in the historic old part of Rouen

"We had a really bad experience at Mercure Rouen Centre Cathedrale.
The service in the restaurant was among the worst we have seen in all our life. In the end when paying the bill the guy had the cheek to ask us we wanted to sign a separate bill for the tip as he could not add the tip to the main bill! We firmly and politely said no.
That experience just ruined our whole stay and we cannot give any better marks than what we have done.
We would appreciate it if the hotel could reply and include an e-mail address to a manager to whom we can send a more detailed feedback of our experience."
