It's very close to the Strip which is walkable so that's convenient. The free parking is a great thing when most of the hotels charge for parking. The beds are comfortable. It was fairly clean though I think the couldn't done better on the sink countertop. It was word there were small bottles of conditioner and moisturizer but no shampoo and no hand soap. No hand soap was disappointing so we had to use the shampoo we brought to wash our hands after the bathroom. Overall it was a decent stay for $80.

My first two nights here were wonderful. The rooms were cheap and didn't look run down everything looked brand new and kept up today the towels were clean with no hair or stains in them the toilet and shower were scrubbed clean the only thing that needed a lil touch up would be the floors they were filthy pitch black. They had breakfast as early as 4am and it runs all the way until 10am

While the room was clean and affordable. They should state more clearly this is a motel. Can hear everything in the street and people walking by. Yes walking distanc MGM you are a 30-40 walk minimum to strip and most casino. We had to uber there and back every day.

I would not stay here again. Pros: It’s an older property that has been updated. It’s very clean and the staff are friendly. Cons: It’s not in a great area. Some of the people staying there are shifty looking. Also, and most annoyingly, seemingly every other guest constantly smokes marijuana. So you can’t get away from that disgusting smell. It’s everywhere. In the parking lot, in sitting areas and in the room. Utterly disgusting.

Adequate hotel for the price

This is an inexpensive hotel close to the Vegas airport. If your expectations are low - it is fine. A little hair clog in a drain. Old tired room. Lots of neighbors smoking and drinking.. Bed was reasonably comfy. I had just traveled to some national parks and needed a hotel for the night before flying home. It served the purpose. It was adequate.
