hi well the property is super good and super clean and very well, but the front desk for check in is deplorable about 20 people and only two clerks that take the time of the world to take care of you; almost 30 minutes in line to receive a key and register is too much after a day of traveling and being tired I beleive need to be something done via electronic kiosk in where when you arriving just put your code and have the keys and done because what is the reason to made a reservation if you going to be in line like if you asking for a favor very bad

Not the fanciest...which was great for me. I was attending a conference across the street at the Palms and did not want the overpriced fees. Gold was was perfect for me. The housekeeping staff are extremely friendly. My room was in very good condition. The casino floor is a little old looking and a little dark. When you don't want to spend a ton on the hotel, this is a good choice. Plus, they have a shuttle that will take you to Orleans and the Strip. Good choice of food in the building. FREE parking, including valet.
