Room was clean and comfortable. The room has a refrigerator, which is, oddly, not common in Las Vegas. TV channel selection was weak if you watch TV in Las Vegas. The casino was good, they had all of the games you could want. If inexperienced dealers upset you, don't play craps here, you'll just get angry. I don't mind but I have seen a lot folks get angry about this kind of stuff. The restaurants were all good. All of the staff were nice and helpful except for the person at the front desk when I first showed up.
The reason for my 3 stars is the person at the front desk who needs some customer service training and the fact that their internet is just not functional in the room I was in as well as the entire floor I was on, I checked. It didn't work throughout the casino either and neither did my phones data connection. I had to go outside to make call and use my phones data connection.
If they would get better internet service and some improved customer service from their front desk staff, all of the other staff were great, I would give them 5 stars.
