Out of the 4 nights we were there the room was only serviced on the second night because we complained that it was not serviced. The next 2 nights there was no service. The sheets smelled. The water glasses were dirty. The toilet paper was so thin you could see through it. We had to go to Walmart to buy toilet paper. The carpet was sticky like it had been spilled on and never cleaned. I could not believe this was a Mariott. If this is Mariott's new standard i would not book with them again.

It was like another hotel trying to be a Staybridge. It was unlike any other Staybridge Suites we’ve ever been in. “Shabby” best describes it.

Staff was very nice, unfortunately we were put into the hearing impaired and handicap room which definitely would be a hazard for handicap individuals. Bathroom floor was sloped away from the shower and roll in shower floor floods the entire bathroom floor making a huge pool in the bathroom, later to find that the floor above the room had leaking pipes, which then dripped down thru the ceiling into the bathroom as well. Staff moved us into a new room, next door, which was exactly the same type of room. Ceiling was not leaking there, but the shower was the same and drained to a low spot into the middle of the bathroom area.

This property is above and beyond. Especially Virginia. She was the most accommodating staff member and helped us in every way after a long day on the road. We will stay here anytime we pass through and are eternally grateful for the amazing service provided at this property.

We will never stay here again. Toothpick very intentionally stuck into the carpet which I stepped on and went through my foot. Damages, stains on carpet, rust, hard water crust all over faucets and rooms not kept up.. Sinks not draining, low water pressure for showers, awful smell coming from shower drain, fridge not keeping cold enough for milk for baby. No phones in room to call for housekeeping or front desk.
