"Had a wonderful stay at St. Giles Southkey! The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable — exactly what you need after a long day. The hotel amenities are excellent and well-kept. The location is absolutely superb — it is directly connected to the Southkey shopping mall, which makes it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment without even stepping outside. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning on my next visit to Johor Bahru!"

"Great hotel, too bad the pool was under renovation during our stay. My only concern was the aircon and light switch in the room. The aircon seems to only be on one temperature, no matter how you adjust it and the main room light switch was not working. Other than that, all was great"

"Overall, the hotel’s location and cleanliness were excellent. The staff were polite and helpful, and the front desk kindly allowed us to check in early upon request. The breakfast was nice, although the dining area was a bit small and finding a seat could be challenging due to the number of guests. The rooms were clean, and the hotel provides a free shuttle service back to JB City Square, but it is advisable to book your seat early. The only downside was that the air conditioning in one of our rooms was quite noisy and loud, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Despite this issue, I would gladly return to this hotel again."
