Connected to southkey shopping mall but not worth the price. I didn’t enjoy the stay because the top shower head took a long time to heat up and had very low water pressure. The handheld shower on the side had only decent pressure but no hot water.

Nice hotel. Will definitely be back.

I was impressed by their service. Premier room includes washing machine and they even provide washing powder. Very thoughtful. But the pool is too small for swimming.

Need to really do a proper deep cleaning of the hotel rooms. Especially the toilet. Bed was super nice with extra pillow. Had a very good sleep. Nice place to relax and shop. Since it's in a mall, very convenient to shop around. Will definitely come back and stay for more days😉

The room is poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. There were hair at the shower glass, stained on floor and wall. But the room is big and convenient being linked to the shopping mall. It’s not the most comfortable stay.

Convenient location

Stayed here a few times already. Location was the main reason- super convenient as it’s just above MId Valley Mall - has practically everything from supermarket, restaurants to a cinema.. Front office porters/ security helpful with luggage
