Stayed 4 nights in October. The view is amazing. Rooms are big and clean and cool. Did have a monkey peek into our room, but that was our fault - the balcony says 'don't leave the door open because of monkeys... Really excellent facilities - we used the big gym, all the pools, the beach was gorgeous, staff really lovely. Great water sport options as well. Only complaint is the aircon was so loud we couldn't put it on at night time, so we cooked a bit. And why on earth the winter-thickness doona??? Other than that it was a great getaway. loved it.

Westin Langkawi is a lovely resort with a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding islands. Staff are very attentive and accommodating. The room itself was large and comfortable however could do with some freshening up as it seems to be a bit outdated. Excellent buffet breakfast with great view. Other food options at the resort were not to the standard I would have hoped considering price. Lovely outdoor pools with plenty of shaded areas to relax.

The best resort if you are going to Langkawi. We stayed in a pool villa with private beach. It was one of the best stays we had for some time. Hotel staff are very friendly. The scenery is amazing. Very clean beach. Away from all the hassles. Must try resort.
