"The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The hotel is just off the 401 so perfect for a pit stop. Our room was on the ground floor but there were stairs, if you know you will have lots of bags good idea to ask for no stairs. Someone stood outside our window smoking and yelling into their phone at 10pm. The indoor pool was surrounded by three walls of windows, so I did not try it. I think the hotel should consider having some of the glass frosted. The breakfast was good but the espresso/latte machine was broken. For type 2 diabetic, there were a lot of sugary choices. Most potatoes were gone 30 minutes into breakfast and the sausages were a bit odd, scrambled eggs were nice. We paid over $200 for the night but I would have been happier if it was more like $125. For us the stay was between 2 and 3 stars"
