"My family and I booked two rooms for a relaxing getaway. The photos on the website were professional, but the reality was completely different: the place was very old and creepy, with terrible odors—a pervasive smell of dampness, just like an abandoned cellar. I will not repeat this experience."

"I loved the staff, the people, and the cleanliness. The place was “dated” but I’m sure it was beautiful in the day. Unfortunately the arcade and movie theater were closed during our stay. Very disappointed grandkids."

"I love Margaritavilles that I have been to. Fort Myers Beach and Orlando are great. This one is ok. Its definitely sub par to those two but still a great choice in the area. The resort is impossible to walk. They have golf carts that go by a lot and you can request them. Nice of them but terrible layout of the resort. Staff was generally good. Maintenance was not so good in the rooms such as missing drawer handles, terrible showers from the 80's; The property is just getting very dated. One of the things I think is just sub par for a Margaritaville is that they dont even send room service to make up your room every day you have to request it daily. Even doing so they did not show up to my room one day. Its nice to have the bars and restaurants and marina on site. Overall its an Ok-ish option in the area."
