"The first room they issued us was from 206, as we entered the room it had not been clean from the prior guests. We did go down and they re-issued us to room 218. That evening the room was assigned to another person that tried to open the door but we had it latched. The desk get called up to find out what our names were and the girl assigned us to room 318 however she gave us keys for 218. She had missed marked it on the schedule. The room had blood stained sheets and a dirty washcloth with stains on it that look like it had been used, carpets are dirty, elevator is in need of serious maintenance. It makes Loud noises as you go down. (scary) so much so that my wife didn’t even wanna get on it any longer. Stairways doors are not latched at all as required by state laws. Work out room is tiny and filthy with no hand sanitizer in the room at all and the treadmill is broken. I asked the housekeeper (Indian) to please change our sheets and new towels, they did not change the sheets. They only made the bed they did however give us new towels and wash clothes."
