Second time in this room but different owners now. Remodel was beautiful and updated. We were disappointed that the fireplace was not functional. Desk had no one to come check it out.

Didn’t like the fact that I was unable to get the heat lowered in the room no matter how far I turned the thermostat down!

This property was exactly as described and my experience was very pleasant! Great coffee in the lobby each day. Location was close to shopping and sight seeing in Lake Geneva. Property had plenty of lighting and great parking. I would stay here again!
