Baseball tournament

My family traveled from San Diego to Irvine for a baseball tournament. I was able to call and get a group of 15 players rooms for a low rate. It was very nice. Clean. Close to the baseball fields. And very close to shopping.

The hotel is as seen in the photos, the staff very well, the room was in order, I didn't like the hidden charges, I chose the hotel for the price but they charged everything... parking $50, how am I going to get to the hotel if it's not by car! And the parking lot is not closed or covered... it is accessed from everywhere, breakfast not included, no complimentary coffee.... I complain to myself for not reading the reviews... it would be good if all these charges were included in the rate.. and not apart so as not to be surprised

I have paid for my son to stay here at least ten times during the past months. Until this stay, he was treated with respect. This time, the clerk refused to take his identification, as he has not been able to renew his driver's license. I do not understand why this is suddenly a new issue for them??? The room was nice the only thing that was wrong was the fire sprinkler in the bathroom leaked over toilet.
