The house was clean and well stocked upon my arrival. The beds were comfortable, the water, and linens were plentiful. The location is excellent, as it is close to everything on the east side (busy side) of town with the newest shopping, groceries and restaurants. I enjoyed the stay immensely and will use this property again on future trips to Lafayette.

The little development evokes the New Orleans French Quarter. It was a 10 minute drive to downtown Lafayette for the Festival International which is a great reason to visit.

We absolutely loved our stay at this 2-bedroom townhouse! The space was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and felt so cozy and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a fun night out. The location couldn’t have been better — just minutes from all the best nightlife, but still tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. It was the ideal spot for our girls weekend. This location is simply amazing. The condo is located about 5-10 min from all major stores and restaurants. Awesome location in my opinion. Perfect weekend getaway

Qaint two story townhouse that met all our needs. Spot on location! Almost everything we visited and experienced was only 10-15 minutes away. We did go to Avery Island to visit Tabasco and it was only 40 minutes away. Plenty of things to do, see and eat in Cajun country. Perfect two bedroom and they both had onsuite bathrooms!! Excellent stay!!

We had a great stay at this property. What was most important to me is how transparent and communicative the host had been. So kudos for the great communication. It was clean and quaint. The area is fantastic, I love the river ranch area in Lafayette. It was extremely quite. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
