Assigned room, toilet did not flush. Arrived at 1130 pm and just wanted to go to bed. They moved us to another room that was an "upgrade". It served its purpose, however the rooms were in need of upgrading, which I heard was coming in the future.

Anniversary getaway

We booked the jacuzzi suite for our anniversary. When we checked in I told staff we were there to celebrate our anniversary. They gave us a $20 voucher to use in one of the on-site restaurants which I thought was very nice! The suite was nice. Loved the jacuzzi tub. Very relaxing after a day of travelling and shopping. Bed was comfy and clean but didn’t have that overpowering bleach smell. It was a cute little suite and for the price, it was worth it. Other hotels were charging more than what we paid for just a room!! Very happy with the friendly, helpful staff and the comfortable suite!!

So excellent! The ladies at the front desk provided exceptional customer service. Got me from the airport fast and got me checked in early - what a gift after a long day of travel. Even asked me how my stay was going when I was in the lobby. I will stay here every time now. I am so impressed.

My credit card wasnt available upon check-in for a $50 deposit. Manager can accept Visa-debit but won't accept anything lower than $500 dollars as substitute to a $50 credit card deposit. I asked if he can make exception and accept $300 bit this manager won't for customer satisfaction. So I had to move funds around just to come up with the required amount w/c I feel is too much for an overnight stay. For the inconvenience, Manager upgraded me to a better suite w/c I thought was great, I finally felt like a guest again only tonbe disappointed. Hotel has no centralized air-conditioning and the air-conditioning for the suite bedroom was not winterized and was drafting cold air. It was -45 that night when we checked-in and the base board heater can't compensate and beat the cold air from the draft. I had to use the spare blankets to block the draft from the air-con unit. Terrible experience all together.

Was checking the bed for bugs. Lifted up The mattress and found someone’s government ID (birth certificate and SIN card) which makes me question how often do they change the sheets. Also hardly any water pressure in the shower.

Went for a quick overnight trip. Very convenient having 2 restaurants on location plus close to shopping mall. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfy enough.

The property was okay. The hotel is nearby shopping and the airport which is awesome. The only negative was that it was loud - there would be loud noisy people roaming in the hallway and opening/slamming doors loudly. Several times somebody tried to get in my room.
