We were very excited to stay here, but the front desk female employee on the day of arrival was not helpful and lacked people skills. Ended up having to change rooms twice. When we initially checked in, our room’s sliding door did not slide open and multiple windows were cracked. The shower tub had mold along the floor lining. I informed the same front desk employee and she placed us in another room quickly. She did not offer anything for the inconvenience and just appeared indifferent about everything I had mentioned was wrong with the room. On our last night at the hotel, after a long day at a nearby theme park, our room did not have any hot water. I contacted the front desk to notify them of the issue and they were already aware of it. There was no notice or communication from the hotel staff regarding the issue. However, the only solution was for us to change rooms once again, but this time at 1AM, where would be checking out of in less than 10 hours. Only reason we switched rooms again was to make sure we didn’t have to take cold showers. The more frustrating part of the entire experience was that it seemed like the staff lacked care, empathy, and understanding. For a 3-Star hotel, this was more of a motel-like atmosphere. We definitely will not be staying here ever again.
