1 - The Continental breakfast was ok but staff is rushing you to take everything away so they can clean when still early. 2 - Carpet very dirty in the room hallways. 3 - Main Lobby and Elevator was extremely dirty. 4 - Room light bulbs were not working, AC unit was very noisy, shower diverter spout malfunctioning, our room was not cleaned either and had to ask for more towels.

Nice place

Clean but some parts of the bathroom door was about to fall off. Smoke odor in hallway 2nd floor. Carpet needs a deep shampoo. Overall fine to stay at. Security always patrolling lot. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

Nice quiet relaxation

Pet friendly and pet potty stations (2), love the quiet rooms which is important to us, I don't like to hear the neighbors TV or toilet! Good breakfast selection, free parking and love the linens on bed and towels always look new. Cons, elevator floors are always sticky, water dripping in shower/bath, rooms need paint touch up and carpets on floor 2 and 3 to the rooms needs replacing

Over-all

The place looks good from outside. You do have to ring a doorbell to get let in from the outside to check in. Check in went well, staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice but the A/C didn't work well, the room was warm and got stuffy at night. The carpet smelled like feet, sofa bed and chair were kinda dirty from the arm rest. The hallway carpet is a little stained. The breakfast was good and the lady there was very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

Staff was polite and curtious, but the hotel is dirty and old. Bathrooms are old and tub was leaky and stained. Carpets are stained and dirty. Hallway carpets were dirty and smelly. Pool water was yellow:(. I would not come back to this hotel again
