Pet Smell and Unkept Hotel

The room and hallway smell was horrible. Appeared to be urine spots that were bleached in the hallway carpet. The room had a dog odor. Breakfast was limited. I will not be returning to this hotel. If you have pets this may be the place for you.

First I want to begin with saying the entire stay was a 3/10 the only good thing about the stay was: *Close food spots/Walkable *14-18 min drive to Disneyland which wasn’t bad. * Free Parking/ Breakfast As soon as me and my spouse walked in we were greeted by a nice young lady who was really nice, but then after being asked if I wanted to upgrade my room by chance I was in the middle of speaking until the “manager” decided to cut me off and say “actually you can’t upgrade because we’re fully booked out” okay cool I wasn’t going to upgrade anyways but maybe next time let me finish speaking. I knew from the get go she was going to be an issue. Next me and my spouse wanted to lay down and take a little nap but unfortunately couldn’t do that without noticing that the sheets were dirty and stained almost a poop kind of stain which is unacceptable i called the front and had them deliver new sheets,covers,and pillow covers. Next the bathroom and floors in the room were just nasty the bathroom tub wall was cracked and if you pushed on it a tiny bit it felt like the whole wall was going to cave in. The floors were super stained with i don’t even know what but it looked like an animal went to the restroom inside the room almost every corner. The rooms were also really humid and the smell was just awful I had to go down to Walgreens and buy cleaning supplies because they wouldn’t do anything about it so I did it myself. Again the service was just horrible and the manager didn’t care

Great pet friendly stay!

Very dog friendly. Room Was decent size and clean. Hotel is a little older but it was great for the price. Very busy hotel and staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Not recommended.

Breakfast: milk was spoiled and tasted off. it was not only one day but also for few days. no hygiene or control over the foods and quality. Service: service staff were nice people, but front desk reception team were not responsive. No good faith to help guests or welcoming guests, Not responsive or accountable. Room cleanness was awful. No room service unless you request, as they say. We requested room service but they did not service it. Cleanness: Sheets and towels with stains, no proper wash. Found ugly stains in bedsheets. Rooms were not clean. Carpets are extremely dirty and never washed for years, like living in dumpster. The hotel rating "very good" is very unfair. Not recommended for guests who care about cleanness, hygiene and healthy environment. Reception staff are totally neutral and not willing to help.

Parking was super ready and convenient. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Definitely will come back. The only negative thing I do have to say the room was a little run down needs to have some renovations done. But other than that, our stay was wonderful.

With all the money that Wyndham hotels have, they need to seriously change everything inside the rooms remodel everything change carpets to wood The elevators are in very bad shape very old. It’s 2025 step it up.
