Very clean and modern looking hotel. Check in was really easy and didn’t have issues getting in. Breakfast was a buffet with a set variety for the 2 nights of my stay. Bed was comfortable and the blanket was the perfect thickness for me.

This hotel is very beautiful and quiet. It is in a lovely part of Kyoto. You feel like a local rather than staying at a big chain hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious and the bed is not too hard. Some members of my family didn’t like tge breakfast but I thought-it was ok. We hired the ebikes which we all loved. Thanks to the attentive staff for a lovely holiday❤️

The rooms were very small and dirty. There aren’t that many restaurants in the area either, so you’d need to walk 20 min minimum to get anything decent.
