The property was clean and spacious. It was nice to have access to laundry and a kitchen to make meals. We enjoyed walking past the Nijo castle and the other garden. It is in a quiet area so it is a bit further from the shopping areas. The owners left instructions to use the facilites and deatiled directions to stores/attractions
