Architektenhaus am Pewsumer Tief

If you want to spend your vacation in an exclusive, modern atmosphere , you are in the right place at the "Architektenhaus am Pewsumer Tief" . The spacious house leaves nothing to be desired on 200 square meters . On the ground floor you can make yourself comfortable in the light-flooded living room , whether in front of the fireplace with a great view of the park-like garden or in the lounge corner in front of the TV. A large dining table under an open window front invites you to eat together.
The kitchen is in a separate room and offers complete, high-quality equipment .The house has 3 bedrooms , each with a double bed, wardrobe and TV. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase takes you to the upper floor, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden and the canal through the large window front. The other bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub are also located here.
When the weather is nice, you can really enjoy yourself in the park-like garden. The garden offers three terraces , one of them with a lounge corner and a nice spot on the canal.
The architect's house at Pewsumer Tief is located in a quiet residential area and offers a good starting point to explore East Frisia and the surrounding area. Insgesamt guter Aufenthalt!
Lage war nicht so ruhig wie erhofft, da Haupverkehrsstraße sehr nah und die Nachbarn sowohl in der Miitagsruhe als auch am Nachmittags mit lauter Musik etc. zu gange waren. Ausstattung fehlt: Suppenkelle,scharfe Messer, Flaschen- und Büchsenöffner, Korkenzieher...

Wir (drei Erwachsene), haben zwei Wochen in diesem schönen, geräumigen Haus verbracht. Es hat alles geboten, was wir brauchten. Toller Garten mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (alle Geräte, die man so braucht und genügend Geschirr, so dass man nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit spülen muss). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Haus bietet so viel Platz, dass sich 3 Generationen wohl fühlen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und alle notwendigen Einkäufe lassen sich - auch fußläufig - in der direkten Umgebung erledigen.

Außergewöhnliches Haus
Sehr großzügiges Haus mit außergewöhnlicher Architektur und vier Schlafzimmern (in der Beschreibung steht drei), sehr hochwertig und vollständig eingerichtet, sehr großes Grundstück direkt am Siel (Pewsumer Tief) mit zwei Terrassen und hochwertigen Gartenmöbeln, ruhige Nachbarschaft. Hervorragender Service durch UpStay. Wir hatten wunderbare Tage!

Ein hochwertig ausgestattetes und großzügiges Ferienhaus in der Krummhörn
Das Architektenhaus in Pewsum liegt in einem sehr schönen gepflegten, beinahe parkähnlichen Garten. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet Familen oder Gruppen bis 6 Personen genug Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind in perfektem, sauberen Zustand, die Möblierung ist hochwertig. In der Küche ist genug Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden, so daß nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit gespült werden muß. Wasserkocher, Pad-Kaffeemaschine, Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mixer und Mikrowelle lassen es an nichts fehlen. Der Backofen, ein großes Induktionskochfeld und die Spülmaschine (alles hochwertige Geräte von Bosch) sind in Tip-top Zustand. Das Haus hat einen Steingrill, die zwei Terrassen sind mit Tischen, guten Gartenstühlen und jeweils einem Sonnenschirm bestückt. Die Loungeecke ist überdacht, so daß auch ein kleiner Schauer dem Sommervergnügen keinen Abbruch tut. Die Lage ist Richtung Emden, Greetsiel und Norden optimal, alles mit dem Auto in einer guten halben Stunde zu erreichen. Wir waren als Familie mit unseren Töchtern (16 und 19 Jahre) für 14 Tage hier und hatten einen klasse Urlaub.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in Ostfru
Für uns (3 erwachsene Frauen > 50 Jahre) war das Haus ideal. Sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten Ostfrieslands und das Meer schnell zu erreichen. Restaurants, Eisdiele, Café und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Und das Haus war groß genug, so dass jeder im Haus und im Garten einen Platz fand, an dem er seine Ruhe hatte.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Alle Angaben in der Objektbeschreibung waren zutreffend. Ein sehr tolles, gepflegtes Haus, das alle Erwartungen übertraf : moderne Küche mit allem was man braucht, schöne Einrichtung. Es gab genug Platz, dass man sich abends gut verteilen konnte. Schade, dass wir den Ofen nicht brauchten. Das hätte mir gefallen. Lage: zentraler Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das kleine "Willkommen" Kästchen mit Infos über die Umgebung, mit Ostfriesentee, Kluntjes und kleinen Keksen - eine tolle Idee ! Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder
