Die Lage der Wohnung in der Parallelstraße zum Hafen ist genial! Kneipen, Restaurants, Edeka, Wellness-alles maximal in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, sauber und zweckmäßig. Einziges Manko: Die Tür zu Dusche/WC klemmt und läßt sich nur mit Kraftaufwand schließen-Die Türangeln gehören neu eingestellt.Und - das kleine Sofa ist ganz kuschelig, muffelt allerdings, gehört wohl mal gereinigt.Aber: Bei dieser Lage - auch für Fahrradtouren optimal - alles in allem ein sehr guter Griff, empfehlenswert!

Nicht das Beste

Vor allen Dingen kalt. Während die Nachbarn im T Shirt Frühstückten, hätten wir das im Mantel tun müssen. Heizkörper wurden nur lauwarm. Der Duschkopf fiel meist aus der Verankerung weil der Schlauch verkehrt herum montiert wurde.Tagsüber wurde die Rollade heruntergelassen weil andere Gäste immer neugierig zum Fenster hereinschauten, von der weißhaarigen Dame vom Haus gegenüber mal zu schweigen. über die Renovierung (Anstrich) haben wir nur gelacht. Loch in der Schlaftimmerdecke statt Rauchmelder. Tut uns leid das wir die Spülmaschiene nicht leer geräumt haben, es war halt keine da. Highlights waren die zahlreichen Restaurants und unsere Freunde im Ort. Wir sind einen Tag vor Buchungsende abgereist.

Der Zustand der Wohnung (Investitionsstau ) und die Sauberkeit lassen zu wünschen übrig. Die Bilder im Inserat stimmen nicht überein mit den realen Verhältnissen. Sehr bedauerlich bei der vorteilhaften Lage des Hauses.

Klein,aber oho

Schön zentral gelegen und somit fußläufig alles gut zu erreichen.Wir haben uns von Anfang an soo richtig wohl gefühlt.Von daher konnten wir unseren Urlaub nach Rücksprache auch ohne Probleme sogar noch für ein paar Tage verlängern.Fazit,wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns schon sehr darauf.
